No, You are completely wrong there is a difference between Stealth account and new account. Ok

Not true, even accounts with 1 year age cant get away from eBay's radar, if u work by the book there is no reason that u will get suspended.
And if anyone can create them, why don't u create them yourself and start selling? u can make quite a good income.
