Received a review copy from OP. Here are my thoughts.
1. Rightly pointed out that the niche is incredibly competitive and requires a huge budget + links to rank. If only I found out about this sooner haha.
2. Onpage + Technical audit definitely gave me good ideas to implement.
3. Keywords: Those given to be were still relatively high competition stuff though still better than what I found previously. I doubt this was the fault of the OP as competition in this niche is just ridiculous, would probably shut down this project and work on others.
4. Content plan: Idea may work but issue is that it isn't a buyer keyword. Could drive traffic to the site though.
5. Link provided: Yes definitely high DA and has actually driven some traffic to my site.
Overall, very happy with what I received.
