Hi!
The return rate is 2%. So very rarely.
I just refund the money. Nothing specific here. If I fail to deliver or send the wrong product I usually resend the new package instead of a refund.

Less than that. With the Instagram method I teach in e-book $500 is enough and $1k is very good. If you want to scale fast, then you can spend more but probably not at the beginning while you test accounts.
