19/02/2020 ISSUES CONTINUE !!!

A lot issues with nodes from USA ( I not tested with others country )

* Frequently IP changes in STICKY session ( i prefer connection with node died instead of change IP )

* 90% nodes from USA have poor quality tunnel, the most dont reply for my all HTTP Requests ( unknown issue or thread limit )

* Try connect in some node from USA and browse to whatismyipaddress(dotcom), the web page has show rendering incomplete or broken

* Yours need put thread limit or some limit for FREE users using trial version, otherwise the network cause overload for paid users.

Waiting for reply here, tried use support form in site, 15 days ago i sent ticket, but never get any reply.

hi,
there is a serious problem on their US nodes.
i asked for refund 3 months ago and it still hasn't been processed.
just slow response on mail and skype after 7-10 days.
if i don't get refund within 24 hours. i'll create a scam report with all the screenshot of our conversation on skype and mail.
i have already provided all the details for refund on skype and mail.

Hi DavidPenn, you can utilize sticky sessions - they will expire after about 2 hours of inactivity. If you send requests to the same session id it will renew the session and prevent it from expiring.

Hi majdi, yes this is correct. It's $1/GB and PacketStream credits do not expire.
