@IsoRipper All Skype messages have been answered.
@Krise656 We would suggest that you contact us via our Customer Support page for your inquiry.
@dogfart10 SOCKS5 is currently in our pipeline and will be coming soon to PacketStream.

Thank you received reply and doing a test now, will provide some feedback soon

Ok so some feedback about the service.

It worked first time, seems sticky sessions work as described (ips are kept), I have not tested speed yet, just some random ipinfo.io checks as well as headers test to make sure no info is passed along that can identify you as a proxy, so far so good.

I have not tested Ip diversity, heard on some comments some pages back that you limit initial ip count if your account is new, would be nice to know what “new” means (only test accounts or once you are a paid subscriber you get a bigger ip pool to work with)

Interface is great, only annoying thing I found was your sticky session string uses country name instead of ISO code, for my custom automation tool I had to actually scrape your select list and build my own list internally as I will be dynamically setting the data so my tools expect ISO code instead of country names, no biggie but annoying :(

I also would like to give some feedback regarding support, took me a couple of days of comms back and forth to finally arrange the trial, I would expect quicker response on Skype, so I hope when contracting your service I can get faster response time.

So for the cost I will definitely recommend, I just hope your network is not flooded with users :)

Thank you for your honest feedback on our service. We very much appreciate your interest and review of PacketStream and will make sure to take all your concerns into account to continue to develop our software into an even better service for our customers.

@packetstream I have an inquiry to customer service that has passed the 24 hour mark. Could you private message me when you have a second? I’d send you one but I don’t have enough posts yet.

@packetstream I’ve checked my inbox, spam folder, and every other folder for the email address assigned to my Packetstream account and there is no email from Packetstream.

@packetstream Third customer service message submitted just now.

@skycorrigan you have to be patient with their customer support. They/he/she will get to you eventually. It may take sometime but they will for sure.
