I received a free review copy in return for providing my honest opinion on this service.
The review copy included 2 links on PBNs. The Moz DA of the two links was 19 and 20. Moz spam scores were 10% and 25%.
I think this service would be good for Tier 2 links, but I would not point them to a money site. This is good quality for the price but in my opinion not Tier 1 quality.

The site looks decent(I.e themes and widgets) and the metrics were also high.
The article used was plagrism passed and there were no grammertical errors.
For the price this would be one of the best link building service
