I purchased 1,000 words from @nanohits team. At $6 per 100, this is one of the most expensive content services on BHW available now. Here is what I noted:

PROS
  • Communication was good throughout, taking place on a project management software called Ora.
  • Content quality and semantics were well within the price constraints with expected deliverables.
  • Speed was met with the turnaround time estimated, and I was able to follow the article through the process via Ora.
CONS
  • I had to complete a 10 minute questionnaire immediately upon ordering and was told I could not leave it and come back.
  • I had to register for Ora, which was in my spam box, and received no alerts via email when I had messages.
  • I had to fill out another questionnaire on Ora. If I had only ordered 200 words, I would be upset to have to go through these hoops.
  • The article was exactly 1,001 words. Some of the content was a bit filler-y. This screams grasping-for-word-count.
MY THOUGHTS

Overall, good service, good article quality. Ora was useful, but I could really only see this being useful for larger scale projects, not the 200-1000 word article options available as noted in the sales thread. There should be a far more user friendly and simple form for those projects, and communication should be via email, not Ora.

Hi and thanks for your honest review. I was reading your Cons and yes I have already spoken to Ora about fixing this and they will update this soon with a one click access. As for the form, in all honestly it only takes less than 5 mins as lot of them can just be ignored , the questions are there so our writers know exactly what to write out. I am not sure what you are referring to on another questionnaire in Ora. We never asked for questionnaires in Ora to be filled out. We simply copy pasted your answers in the task list so our writers can get to work on it. In essence there is only 1 questionnaire to get a better understanding of what we need to write about. Surely we will improve in the area of project management software as it is a new app. Sorry that you had to endure much in that area.
