I've been using Cloutsy.com services for a short while. Overall, not too bad. However, several services are either stuck in "partial" for over a week or are labelled "completed" when they are not completed at all. I brought this up and they told me to wait 24 hours so I did. Then I pressed "refill" and ... nothing. Now, I've asked them to refund and credit the account so I can place more orders. So far I've spent hundreds here and plan to spend hundreds more.... depending on whether these hiccups are fixed.
Cloutsy, I opened a ticket (username jeffl1976) and said: "Hi can you cancel and refund orders 218613, 219291, 231176, 235558, 235670, 247826, 252608, 253307,, 267112, 296470, 299688. The orders are most marked "completed" and are not. A few of them are in "partial" and have been over a week. Please credit the account so I can make more orders. These orders are not fulfilled and yet I paid for them. I keep adding funds but the orders keep messing up."
