I see this has been resolved. When sending funds please send the exact amount of coin, not USD amount to reduce delays.

Website works fine for me. I ordered a ton of services and they started working on them pretty much immediately. Sill more to do but I'm super impressed with the response time! I tried signing up with another seller here but their payment system just wasn't working for me. If you can't take CC's or Paypal, you'll lose a large chunk of business as morns such as myself use these services as opposed to other payment gateways. I'm old and cranky. Give me CC and paypal and I'll be happy. Glad I found cloutsy! Awesome service so far!

Exactly as service is stated when you purchase it: "Drop Rate Depends on the Profile Content". Thus, there's no guarantee with this service. Other services do have a non-drop rate guarantee. This doesn't. It's a gamble and it's clear in the service description.
