Final update: I received the second service and everything was delivered as advertised.
Here are some notes that I have about the service:
1- the likes and Facebook engagement were not delivered at once but periodically, so the engagement that my page received were natural and didn't cause any problems (unlike other services that deliver your likes at once, resulting in account ban/limit) and I have achieved some of the "social proof" and "credibility" that I was looking for.
2- the quality of the engagement was very good, I found a couple of people from the services I ordered going around and actually engaging with my other content that's posted in the page and I have to admit that I was very surprised by that, So, good job on that @Cloutsy.

So definitely a solid and 100% worthy investment, specially for the price, you can't really beat that.
I will definitely buy more services from you guys in the upcoming days for my other projects and I hope your business continue to thrive even further.
