Please do not use SMM.net as it is a RIP OFF PANEL.

The admins want to lie and cheat of a few cents and do not want to admit when their service does not work.

I've raised a ticket on why your orders are not being delivered and got told I am lying. I have placed orders on IG stories and got told to submit screenshots. Your staff got back to me days later and then after 4 days of back and forth you told me I am lying and the screenshots I sent are false.

The first order I raised with them was less than 12 hours after it was a problem. I didn't wait 4 days. This whole issue took 4 days of back and forth due to their responses but I raised the original issue for the other ticket within 6 hours of placing the order. The second order i raised the issue within 12 hours after placing the order and i had taken screenshots of the stories and will provide dates. The same with the rest and the remaining issues had.

I will happily show you that those stories I shared correspond to actual stories and the dates and times I ordered them and the screen shots taken.

Please refund my money.

This is a rip off site.

@MisterF or @Zwielicht I need help here. I have raised tickets but said I'm lying and have proof and they won't refund the money - their status says completed but they did not deliver.

Please give me your username. I monitor tickets daily so I am very concerned about your issue as I have not been properly informed. I apologize ahead of time because if our support team accused you of lying (I will confirm), I sincerely apologize as this is not the proper route of resolution. Thank you @SMMnet - for resolving my issues.

Appreciate you addressing the issues here and taking action to resolve that.

My only tip is to work on support but otherwise a great well priced service.
 
@SMMnet I have a couple of questions:

1. Am I reading the charts right? For example, for Twitch channel views it's $2.329 rate per 1,000 views, and min order is 250. Does that mean min order is 250 views (so $0.60) or 250 sets of 1,000?

2. If I bought 100,000 views do they have to all be used at one time? If I have a newer channel, can I slowly scale into it?

1 - Yes that is correct.

2 - You drip feed the views. If the channel is new, I recommend drip feeding every 1440 minutes. (Use this for your interval and it will deliver 1 time every 24 hours). For the quantity, it depends on how much content you have. If it's new, start low first then scale later on with providing more content on the channel.
