I've placed 4 orders this week and all 4 have had problems. Please issue a refund
It’s definitely not working properly. The likes do not come through until hours later if at all. Customer service has refused refunds. Probably going to start a Sh**list thread about them.

Is the panel still working? I saw that lots of my refills aren't coming through or are getting canceled. I would like to buy followers but not sure if it will work this time.

This is not accurate at all sadly. Please do not lead potential clients incorrectly.
Our goal here is to make sure all services get delivered. We respond within minutes and Skype as well as email contact are available where we respond within seconds. It sounds like to me, you have had an issue with an order.
If so, send it via ticket support so we can take care of it for you. As you know, NO ONE had working likes. They were worldwide down, but we are back up and running and we can either re-process your orders or refund. Completely up to you.
Also, we have a Service Notification System where you can join and be informed instantly if services go up or down, if you want a refund, PM me the order ID's so I can take a look for you.

I sent you the order numbers 3 days ago and and I'm just now getting a response. Funny, on here where the public can see it you say there was an issue worldwide. On your site you told me there is no issue and refused to refund when services were not delivered on time or at all. Then I requested a refund of my remaining balance because I'm tired of dealing with a service that doesn't work. I HAVE AN OPEN TICKET FROM 6 DAYS AGO!!! Chat is never available anymore. To say you respond in minutes and are willing to issue a refund goes directly against what i was told in the ticket system on your site. I've attached a screenshot below.

SMM states there was an outage on here but telling customers there is no issue on their site, refusing to refund for likes that came in 4 hours late, the price for likes has increased as well. All while not delivering and refusing a refund. Their response was to blame me (the customer). Apparently, you are expected to sit by your device making sure you receive what you already paid for...

The promotion I did with SMM definitely appears to be working somewhat, mainly Soundcloud and Spotify, havent checked it fully yet, I used the drip feed and it appears to be working from what I have seen so far.
Our Instagram acct already has a large (over 20K) genuine followers that we have built up over the years so I dont need to promote that part at all, however Instagrams recent changes have really hurt a lot of the organic likes and views that many accts get on their posts, so this service may help a little with that part.
But for now we decided to test SMM for Spotify and Soundcloud, I did notice tho that a lot of the followers on Spotify appear to be BOT accts with no followers and no icons, and there is a LOT of that in there.some other parts are OK.
Soundcloud was better tho, checking thru it, it looked a bit more genuine, so it possible they can improve as they go.
I would give them a kind of cautious thumbs up but they need to get more genuine participants in how they go about this, a lot of BOT and fake followers and fake views can eventually hurt accts, sort that out and they could be a reasonable service, right now its 50/50.
That said we may try Youtube on our next one.
