1. First off, the Youtube services on this panel are really, REALLY slow.
2. Their HR views are a flat out lie. Don't pay for these, you will get less than 10% retention. Even after contacting the owner about this, he promised he'd fix it but they couldn't deliver on a second attempt either.
3. After making the owner aware of these issues, the original views order that I purchased was sneakily removed, and replaced it with a different version of views with different "guarantees".
The views I bought stated 1-2 mins of watch time, guaranteed. Now they say 10-60 seconds random watch time.
Why is this an issue? Now that I've submitted tickets to them about these orders not being fulfilled, they tell me that the order was delivered correctly, because he changed the AFTER I bought them.
4. Support is refusing me a refund on an order while referring to their TOS... except their TOS isn't even accessible from the home page, without a direct link to it.
Again, if I didn't explain this clearly enough: I purchased views guaranteed for 1-2 min retention a few days ago. The views he sent gave me 0:21 retention. He sent more, and the result was the same. Now that I'm asking for a refund, his support is saying that the views are only guaranteed for 10-60 seconds BUT he rewrote the service description.
I have screenshots to prove this as well. I paid 3.78 per 1k views on that service a few days ago and now the service is suddenly its $1.38 per 1k views on the website with different terms..
After emailing the owner directly, he told me I would be refunded 7 days ago. I emailed him again asking for an update and he replies "What refund?" Even though my account has been deleted by him.
Overall? Avoid this panel. Changing the order I purchased from 1-2 mins retention to 10-60 seconds right after I bought them, and then refusing to refund it based on the new description after I ordered them is ridiculous.
