Mobile subnets/cell towers are detected no matter what avenue of creation you take.

The don't give you a refund even within the 24hours as they promised. The reason seems to be lazyness that was more or less the answer in regards to that matter.

The tool also does not work, at least not most of the time. Sometimes it does more than 90 percent it does not. It is more gamble then what the call "bad-proxy" error. It is laughable, but I have learned from this mistake.

Also look on how old their last reviews are. They are all from a time where it was not so difficult to create account with such a software. Thank me later.
