If you can stand the long waiting time for replies, then you'll realise that the support is actually helpful. I am pretty sure that the OP is using a VA to reply me because sometimes he types in a weird english, and sometimes he types nicely.

Also, to be honest, there's not much written in the .pdf file and you have to figure everything else by yourself, so the first 10 or 20 or 30 proxies and emails you'll be using is for trial and error.

I'm not trying to say that $90 is a lot, but I expect a better support than what I'm getting.

My success rate using my own 4g proxy is about 80-85% currently.

But sometimes it doesn't fill up the bio and sometimes the initial phone verification during account creation just got stucked there and you are left with empty accounts with no bio and profile pictures - which is not a problem if you can manage to use the same IP and proxy to profile them.

But I just dislike how slow it is to receive support and I keep getting few words/one line sentence answer - after waiting for a loooong time to receive an answer.
 
Is there any chance that I can get a free trial to try this software?

Apologize for this.

The bio bug that happens sometimes is fixed, update is coming tomorrow.
The phone update is also fixed, Instagram changed the way you input a phone number.
As said above, a really big update is coming that should also give you more freedom & features.

Support has also been slow as I have been out of town, I am back now. Drop the live chat a message and we should be online during GMT hours.

Trials will be processed this Friday, or when we get more requests for trials :)
