I read all those posts about the servers & was hoping that it would have been fixed by now. I guess not...

Do you know if there's any other service out there that would be able to accomplish this?
I already have a few other bots for web scraping, but Instagram in particular I haven't seen anywhere!

Any updates about this tool? I paid for the best version, and was really excited about this. It only scrapped 14 mails since. Any updates/refund or anything like that?

so it seems as though its "starting " to work properly. some searches say " failed", but if you open them they still have emails scraped. My numbers are way off though ....i bought the 10k plan and it indeed has scraped multiple searches in the last two days but nowhere close to 10k and it says i only have 1352 scrapes left.

Hi All, We received a huge amount of scraper requests for past few days and that's why you have seen delays in scraping tasks. Our team is working on scaling the scraper with Amazon cloud servers at the moment. A new update will be done within the next couple of days, and I will open free review copies to everyone once the system is ready to handle a huge amount of scraping tasks without any delays

Extremely sorry for this issue. Existing tasks load always eats up our server CPU. We are optimizing the whole code and moving everything to elastic server ASAP

AdventureManJules, the answer is both yes and no. I paid his site when he first posted here on BHW, and the first keyword I use took a couple of days, but did eventually produce results and a file I could download. So Yes, it works once.

The next keyword has been running about 4 weeks. It continues to say "Processing". So No, it doesn't currently work.

There have been a few replies here from them about upgrading servers, a new system, enhanced databases systems and all sorts of other silliness, but no results or real actions taken in weeks.

I can only assume his good idea faded away. Maybe blocked by Instagram, maybe no cash to upgrade systems, maybe abducted by aliens from Mars.

No need to close the thread, There was a delay from our dev team as they went to travel out of the country. So the work was a bit delayed. But now they are working around the clock to release this new update. And I have refunded for any customers who wanted their money back. They can simply email and ask for a refund. Or they can simple PM me their instafinder username. I will issue a full refund right away, and i will double their email quota if they ever want to use the service again.

To be honest, i am not ready to stop this website or business and I know how powerful this tool could be. As far as i know, this is the first time someone created a simple, easy to use Instagram mass email scraper like this.

But there were some limitations in default web server environments and I or none of my developers were aware of those technical limitations on default MySQL DB, and server CPU usages etc.

But it took us sometime to figure out how to make this tool work without slowing down even when we have 100K customers, or over 1 Million scraping tasks. Its not simple as it looks.

We planned a massively distributed system and I wanted to be sure that this service is never going to break down when we start getting 1000s of scraping tasks once we launch again.

I am extremely sorry if this delay made anyone unhappy, and i will do my best to serve everyone as best as i could. I will give free 10000 free email credits review copy again for all JR VIP who are interested, and double the credits for any existing customers. You can take my word on this promise
