Is it time for a mod to step in? @BassTrackerBoats (the situation it seems is many users have scraping emails stuck, and support hasn't responded a couple days now)

The service works great, when i added hashtags and location it was stuck at 60%. Offcourse it's not that fast, but i understand at the same time more people were performing the same actions. However, such jobs done by cron jobs, i have checked it back after 48 hours and results are very good. It works as described, you just need to give it sometime as it's a cloud based application.

Hello everyone. We are experiencing a very heavy load of scraper tasks in the system. That's why some accounts can see slow speeds in scraping. Our dev team is working on scaling the scraper capabilities. It should be done within a few days, and i will send review copies to everyone. Don't worry. And sorry for the inconvenience.
Anyway, by default, everyone gets 100 free email credits when they signup. for now, you can test that limit. I will definitely send everyone their free review copies when we finish scaling.
And for all the paid users, we have given priority in the scraper to scrape that paid task quickly for now.
Thank you for the review @saud125 . We are working on improving the speed of the scraper super fast. It will be done ASAP

Update on my order-
I was searching one keyword (hashtag) for 1000 emails. The indicator stopped at 60% and stayed there for over 2 days. After waiting one more day I logged in and it was completed.
Overall it seems to have taken around 72 hours, but it did work and the information collected looks very good. It is worth waiting for.
I have started to search for my second keyword (hashtag).

Ordered the 100k pack for 120usd, right when It was launched and approved. In the beginning had some issues to get started, and it got stuck, support was very responsive, and mentioned they would work on the server issues and tried to help out.
Since then I was able to scrape about 700 emails. But it's been stuck quite a few days, support does reply, and asked for my login to check out problems
And it sounds like they are working on trying to fix it
If this software will work soon ( which I hope) it can be an amazing tool!

This is getting a bit silly.
First keyword required 72 hours (3 days).
Second keyword is still running. It has been 216 hours (9 days).
Can we get a reply or word on when the service will work correctly?
