Anyone who knows me knows that I am very easy to work for. I don't like the micromanagement aspect of typical VA work, and instead prefer to send over a task list in a Google Doc that covers all requested tasks for the month, and just have regular updates emailed to me. The way I see it, if they can get what I estimate as 40 hours of work done in 20 hours properly, that's awesome, enjoy the extra 20 paid hours.
This is what I did for the VA service provided by @HENRY MOORE. I believe I paid $140 for a full time VA for a month, which is an insanely low price and made me feel like a slave owner. I provided a few tasks in a Google Doc and some folders and sheets to work with as well. Things went well for the first few days, I was very impressed by the work quality and level of effort, and the prompt summaries received at the end of each working day.
After a week or so, the VA had some unknown issue and disappeared for a few workdays. I contacted OP to see what the issue was. They said they would check in. A few hours later I received a response from the VA via email that they would be working Saturday to make up for lost time. I said OK. Less than $1 an hour, I wasn't expecting a ton, come on.
They didn't do anything that Saturday. Or that Monday. Then Tuesday I was informed they were on leave Monday. Whatever. The following week no work was done on the weekend, Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday end of day he contacted me that he was out with diarrhea. Okay, must have been some awful shits to completely disappear for days. Things went alright after that. I had to reach out to Henry with my VA's whereabouts though a couple times, and was told they would check in and let me know, but I never got a response.
At the end of the month, all requested tasks were completed. I received updates on half of requested days, including chunks with zero communication. Judging by activity on the Google Drive folder, I'd estimate that work was done on half of the days requested. All in all, I estimate a total of maybe 60 of the 160 hours were completed, but all tasks were completed. I wish I had the chance to add more tasks, though, as I severely padded it lightly. I did not renew for a second month.

Wondering if you can help. I need someone to help me dig through some data in excel. Must understand excel well as I don’t have a lot of time to train them up. Understanding of paid marketing KPIs such as CPA, CTR, CVR would be a plus.
I expect to need 20-40 hours a week.
