for some reason i can only post in the business service section. When i got to post anywhere else the ad does not show.

The ad I cant get to stick i have is spinning, I have a picture with the ad, new emails, i have the url in the ad spinning too.

What could it be?

try not to put url in?

Hey saw a new update today with nothing in the change log. Any major update I missed?

We write major updates into ChangeLog. This time was just a small update/fix: the worker didn't close when some unknown error occured (like RUN: ...) uppy_dog

i am facing a problem , if anyone can help me.

i am getting error again and again , that my ad is a copy of existing ad.
Even after changing emails , ad title and ad body , i get the same error , and then my ad is not posted.

You need to post ads, with unique title, use repository sys.

also it tell me everytime , whenever i start the poster , that new version is available .

What it is , that there is a new version and i haven't updated it ,or just notifies that the poster is updated to new version.
Then why it pops up everytime reminding me of new version.

Install new version, and it will stop.

The poster works faultlessly and has done for me for months

Only issue i have ever had is IPS , ( NOT POSTERS FAULT ) still unresolved , cant find a cheap source of relaible UK ips , think I have been through 7 or 8 companies ..its time consuming and cash wasteful ... at least SIX of those companies their IPs were already burned and auto ghosting ads , presumbly as other GT posters had been their before and burned them

If someone can market cheap relaible disposable IPs here , im pretty sure theres at least 20-30 of us who would be interested on an ongoing basis ...so theres money to be made !

Im pretty sure mot peoples isues here are related to leaving a footprint and not being methiodical in your testing to find out whats went wrong ... in my cases EVERYTIME i have had an issue ALL WAS FINE after fresh IP was found

Is this just happening to me but when posting is finished i click on the link of the ad and it just shows me the error message when they auto flag the ad. but where ever i post the ad the error message always say London as the area the ad was posted in.

Is this just because the ad was flagged?

Its a new ad, the only thing that is the same is the ip.

All ghosting , no matter area in Uk posted shows error message with london as city in my experience

Is this just happening to me but when posting is finished i...

every Ad gets it's own unique ID by gumtree...no matter in which city you're posting, they're all unique....Also it does not matter on which city page you are when searhing for that ID, gumtree will find it - if it's (a)live. Our poster starts this search from London (http://about%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:45_0%7Chttp://www.gumtree.com/), that's why you see it...

A new feature will be great to do our daily job easier: A option in the contextual menu (right click) to repost a specific uncompleted ad.

There is no way to repost a failled ad without duplicate the project,select the unposted cities and repost again.

Can you add this feature?

only feature i desire now is the ability to autoactivate in non-gmail/yahoo accounts cuz u get half way thru posting now and gmail locks down ur account plus yahoo only forwards to yahoo so if you send there u lose loadsa leads
