What's the story with Gumtree and covering your tracks in terms of IPs?

Are they brutal like CL and limit posts per IP, geotargeted areas etc or are they much more relaxed?

I have tons of proxies but they are all US-based - is this going to matter? How many posts can I make a day per IP etc.

Hmmm. Shame I'm actually from the UK but live in Australia now. Got any ideas on sources of UK IPs? And how many would I require for multiple posts?

I've posted ads in South Africa from the UK without using a proxy and they stick.

My experience:biggrin1:

IP: I've sent 30 ads/day using same UK IP(proxy) and they all stayed live...
US IP's never worked when i tried, so i guess only UK works (and maybe some EU, zen19, you tried?).

EMAIL: 5 ads/1 email/1 day worked just fine. If you push, they will ghost (delete) ALL ads posted using this email... and ban it of course...

Got this a few days ago and have giving it a few spins so far, took about 1 hour learning curve for me to fully get to grips with the software. Its easy to use and does exactly what the OP says it does.

Gumtree posting is no longer a hassle for me. Great tool for anyone who posts on Gumtree.

I like the way the owners have set up the payment plan for this program. The fact that they opted to go for a $49 monthly fee (and no huge upfront cost) shows that they are committed to keeping it updated and functional.
