I just tried my daily posting and nothing is posting.
All my ads are coming up with this error
"page unavailable. (no proxy used)"
Is this due to a bug? of is it me?
It was working, changed nothing and now it wont post.

I had the same problem today but 15 minutes later i checked and the ads were live.

I have just been looking over GT and the ads i tried posting last night are not there.
I am doing another run now and i am still getting the same errors as i mentioned above.
Can anyone help?

Putting links in the ad seems to be fine. Having done some testing, entering the link without www. seems to work for me. I think most ad's are being ghosted after 24 hours, but with the ease of posting new ad's it's not an issue.

Im having the some problems with posting too, every run 20% to 30% of my ads were not posted because of an error from the software, this occurs when a picture is uploaded, sometimes i also get an error from gumtree website . My ads only are ghosted usually 2 times in the day, but the ip is not blocked because i could post after that with it, im using a private UK proxy. I think they ghost ads at 1PM and 8PM london time.

I found a potential important bug in the program. The application is working great but it is leaving an important track of its activity on the site.
When "Ad title" is filled, the program add spaces at both sides of that text. The ad is posted and it showed normally when you browse the site but those spaces are in your ad yet.
I receive the replies to my ads with those spaces in the subject, there are very notorious. I can see clearly when a ad was posted by the program and when they were done by hand the subject are filled with blank spaces. If you edit an ad, the spaces are there.
If i can see them, the gumtree staff can search easily and catch all the automatic post.
I told to dpalat about this, he will fix that asap.

I don't sure about that. I reported that to the coder, but i didn't see any problem with my ads, my campaigns are rolling really great.
In other hand, i'm worried about the tracks of our bots in the site THAT is the real problem.
What categories are you posting?

just run another campaign. no spinning in the ad content. had a picture in the ad. if i dont get the errors i mentioned above, i get this on gumtree itself
"I am afraid that your ad is currently unavailable. Please see here for details "

Fun4, good chance the domain name your blasting from is banned from gt. I don't think GT are looking too hard for footprints. Just blasted a shedload of ads about an hour ago and all are doing great. The site wsa having techn problems for most of today so thats what that was all about. The one thing about gumtree is the owners and mods are lazy and do not really give a rats about spam. Just pop onto the forum and see what other people have to say about the ads or even better, pop into the pets category and see how many legit ads you can find; none.
