Can I bypass the flashy software and just insert the IP/username and password into a Chrome Extension like Proxy Switchy ?

Sorry for the delay in my response, I've missed to check into BHW for a day.
seo-proxies also works fine for chrome, only the automated proxy configuration of the webtool is not available.
That means you fill in the proxy settings yourself.
You still can (and have to) use the API or the webtool for proxy control.
So to change your IP you just call an URL or click a button on your webtool, no proxy-reconfiguration in your settings is required.
Your IPs will be exclusive to you, sure !

P.S.
I'd love to have someone do the customer relationship but sadly most questions are complicate and I'd have to pay a real professional to do the work, more than a few dollar and hard to find an expert for customer service to be honest

I am interested in buying a proxy for uploading video to megaupload via megamanager as my country block megaupload , but i am able to upload via a proxy , but the issue is the proxy is the kind that proxified all your application.
Thus i need buy a proxy from you, may i know if your proxy can suit my needs?
is there any limitation of the usage of the proxy, e.g how much bandwidth i can send through the proxy.

As long as you are not in China I think it should work.
Chinas great firewall will cause heavy troubles on any sort of proxy, it needs a VPN (which masquerades all your traffic as you noted already).
The bandwidth usage is "fair-use", so far I only had to talk to very few customers that used too large bandwidth.
For a single proxy you should not do more than a few GB traffic per month, you can pay more or get a larger license.
Important is that you stick to legal uploads, I'm not interested in having to deal with lawsuits (I'm sure you understand;-)
