No refunds or replacements, when I send these out they are all in packaging and unused. After going through 15,000+ of these sims I have never had 1 faulty one or 1 customer with a non-working sim card. Due to the fact I have to ship them etc, offering refunds or replacements would open me up to a world of pain….
