You just need to stick them in an unlocked phone of any type, the number will appear on the phone for you. Plug that number into IG phone verification and you're done!

Interesting question. They do have internet connection (3G & 4G) when used, but I doubt they will have much data if you do not top them up!

Nope, in UK and most countries there is no law about transport of sim cards
