Hostwinds is one of the worst hosting companies I have used, they are completely incompetent. If you look at their past threads you can tell from the reviews that they are terrible. I’ll save you the time and money if you stumble upon this thread take my advice and steer clear. Don’t believe me? You can verify reviews from the marketplace threads they didn’t bother paying for anymore.

Hi everyone - I'm looking for a dedicated service provider (US based) that can provide at least 256 IP addresses on a per server basis


I would also like the provider to offer 100mbit and preferably 1Gbit connections. If possible I would like to keep my costs under $250 a month, not sure if that's realistic but ya never know.

Total storage and data transfer limits aren't really an issue.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE

They charge your credit card/paypal then ask you to provide official government issued ID and a full scan of your credit card for some cheap 5$ hosting plan. Never seen these sort of requirements on any other hosting platform before. They tell you this after they charge you. DO NOT TRUST these people with documents that could potentially be used to defraud you later down the line.

Im writing this review today to to warning you guys to stay away from this Hosting,

I swear this is the most poor hosting that useed it in my life.

I was using a wordpress website and today i foundout that my website is down. the problem is the first thing that i want to do it is backup my website, and i found that there is no option for that, i contacted the support and they said : hey mate you need to download the files through FTP or purchase our cloud backup service for that as there is no option from cpanel to get my packup. What!!!!!!!!!.

I have zero visitor why did my site is down, BTW i bought A sared hosting Basic Web Hosting.

After all the support said to me : I understand and if you would like to send that feedback to our executive management, you can email us.

Please change your way from this hosting it's a scam and want you to pay more to get service that is free ij the other company.

They don't care about me or you.
