Hi Martin,
Twitterdub seems like an amazing and reallywell supported piece of software, and I will likely become a customer shortly.
However, I hope you don't mind that I first post a suggestion for an upsell that would make you more money, and that I would very much appreciate, and from reading all the posts in this thread I believe a decent percentage of your customers might as well...
I've used various bots in the past, such as MassPlanner for example, and the learning curve is huge and very time consuming, and it takes away from the core task of marketing. It sounds from everything I've read that Twitterdub is going to be exactly the same.
Since I'm short on time lately (and a slow learner!

) I would really appreciate the option to buy the following from you as an upsell and it might be something for you to consider?:
After purchase there is a simple Google form or similar where customers enter "in plain English" the exact steps that they would like Twitterdub to do, for example:
a) Upload 5 accounts
b) Upload and connect 5 proxies (one for each account) to those accounts
c) Upload a list of accounts that we want to target the followers of
d) Scrape these accounts followers at a maximum speed with these specific accounts
e) Filter the followers found to only target females/males
f) With a ratio of follows/followers of min/max
g) Click like on 1-4 random recent tweets from these people
h) Then follow them
i) If they follow back (or when anyone follows back) send the following DM
j) If they respond to this first DM send this 2nd DM
k) etc
l) etc
Perhaps there are like "packages" that you offer at different prices, depending on how many tasks it is that the client wants to do?
Then you (or someone else that you know is qualified in using Twitterdub and wants to make some extra money and speaks understandable English and that you can split 50%-50% the revenue with them) records a simple screen recording video where they go through the exact steps that are needed to complete those EXACT tasks that the customer is wishing to do, whilst talking the customer through each step. Perhaps they can also include some basic reminders like:
"Remember that if you're using more than 1 or 2 accounts you will first need to connect the proxies to those accounts. This is where you do that and this is how you do it. Also, we can't give general guidelines for speeds to use, because it varies so much depending on the age/authority of your account and your proxy, but if you have a brand new account we recommend that you don't like more than xx number of tweets per day for the first week, and don't follow more than xx number of people per day, and don't send any DMs the first week etc. Of course you can go faster if you want to, but these settings will probably help you stay safe if you're concerned and want to just warm up your account with the bot at first."
I know it may sound like a real hassle to do this for every customer, but remember that you could charge quite a bit for this service and not everyone will buy it. It's only for those customers who are not willing to spend the long learning curve otherwise needed, because they value time more than money, and they are concerned about losing their accounts to a small mistake because they didn't understand the bot correctly.
The problem with a big learning curve for these types of software is that, (like one of your customers mentioned earlier in this thread when he made a mistake in the set-up and accidentally tweeted 500 image tweets almost immediately and he could have lost his account because of this), mistakes can be costly. We made loads of similar mistakes on quite valuable IG accounts when we first started using massplanner, before we got the hang of it.
Having a basic screen recording video showing you (and telling with decent audio!) EXACTLY what you want to do is really valuable...and I would certainly be willing to pay as much or more for just this part as what you're charging for your bot.
For a guy who works with Twitterdub every day it might only take 15-20 minutes to record one of these screen recordings, and it could quite a bit of extra revenue, and really help some of your customers who are looking for this kind of extra service/upsell.
I will most likely buy your software either way, but I would love to be your first "test customer" for this upsell if you'd consider it, since I have so many balls in the air right now, and learning ANOTHER complex bot just doesn't feel like something I want to focus on 100% right now!
Sorry about the long rant!
