Too Much Hype!!

I brought the biggest package "The Ultra Instinct" on March 14th, OP delivered the report on April 6th.
I complained that the rankings are dropping and not improving, he told to wait till 15th of April, and today when I approached him as to why are the rankings still low, his excuse is that its better than they were on April 7th.
I mean the keywords literally climbed down and then climbed back to the position they actually were, and OP calls this improvement.
I hired him to do SEO for 4 keywords in 2 SEs (.nl and .co.uk), which the OP had no issue when starting the SEO but later starts to say - "No Sane person would accept 2 SEs for the price of one". I didnt ask for any adjustments all i asked is for some good SEO to be done for my website which the OP failed to do.
Even though he did all the analysis of the site, he failed to live up to the HYPE in the thread, when delivering the result. instead he asks me to wait further more days to see results.

One of the WORST falls in ranking I have experienced from this service is
(I could post for all others but its just a mere waste of my time)
So in short this is just another Over-Hyped SEO service, that doesnt bring the actual results.
Thats my honest Review on this SEO service, and it is just my opinion.
I really wanted post this review as an attention to fellow BHWers.

March 14
OP approached me and placed an order on March 14 for the biggest package which costs $280 after discount.
The order was to perform SEO for 4 of his keywords on google.co.uk and google.nl. That's a total of 8 keywords in total.
According to his order text, his initial rankings for keywords on google.nl can be seen in the screenshot below.
April 6
I've finished up my work and delivered the full report on April 6th. I've told him to wait for a while for the results to appear because his keywords were dancing drastically (after the March 18th and April 4th Google update).
April 7th
The client starts complaining saying his keywords have lost rankings. But in fact, a few of them were down and I've asked him to wait for the rankings to settle down. But NO! His response was
"And for the recent Google updates, it's your concern to keep note of it".
YES, I'm keeping a note of it and that the reason I've asked you to wait for the results to appear. I've understood the intent behind this person's rants and told him that by April 15th if things go south, I will give him a full refund and delete all the links and SEO that I've performed on his site. To this, he agrees to wait until April 15th.
April 15th
Client is back and this time he is totally unhappy with my work and my team. Good.
I gave him proofs to show that things were really improving since our last conversation on April 7th.
But, this person doesn't want to wait for any further and see where his keywords settle. Back to square 1 again. Asks for a refund, but I deny stating that his keyword positions have indeed improved and I wouldn't give him a refund.
This isn't about the refund. This is about how you decided to take things down!
I knew this guy was hell-bent to prove that my service doesn't work. So, I asked him to open a Shit List thread here on BHW to get things resolved by a Mod. But NO, he comes back an hour later and tells me that he'll leave a bad review instead as it wouldn't be possible to create a Shit List.
Whatever!
In the above review, this client selectively chooses to show only the keywords that are underperforming. He doesn't mention a thing about the other keywords that have shot up in rankings.

That's everything I got to say regarding this order after client spending $280 and my 20 days of work and effort trying to rank his 4 keywords on 2 different search engines.
Now that the client has taken it this far, I have given enough proofs for anyone with the proper knowledge to see this though.
Those who have worked with me know how much I help them out. You may personally message each one of them and verify the authenticity of their reviews on my thread.
You say overhyped, YES, I go that extra mile to ensure that the client is happy and sees results at the end. But, that doesn't mean you can take me for a ride and insult my work!
I choose not to respond or engage any further regarding this order or review.
