It's been over a week and I've not gotten my likes. I've Pm'd here once, used chat support every day, and have sent 2 emails. Only response was twice by chat, and once by email, with no follow up replies.
Everyone seems to be pleased with this services, so I'm still giving it the benefit of the doubt, maybe there has been some weird sequences of trouble, and there is a valid reason for it. So I'm still willing to give it a try, but going to hold off on the subscription till my issues are fixed.
