If I shoot an email or ping via chat, I hardly get any responses. I have sent around 10 mails for a refund and he hardly cares. Moreover the support ticket is another big comedy, please change the name to time wasting ticket. Better save your money on something else guys. I regret the day that I decided to spend $90 on a crappy powerlikes service like this. The only thing he is damn good at is to fool his customers !!

NO. The service doesn't work and there is next to zero communication (unless you criticize it here, then they respond and say "its fixed" but its not.). Avoid, you are just throwing your money away. Paypal even froze their account ( Due to all the complaints I assume). The service will work for a day and then be down for days on end. Then it comes back online and the likes only trickle in little by little (not good when you're trying to push content out there) and you don't get the likes you paid for. However towards the end, It just didn't work at all. All the while there is no response to emails, messages, support tickets, etc... I would have been more understanding if they took time to provide some communication but since they don't I think the purpose was to just sucker folks out of their money. SCAM!!!

@rtribe13 IT’S NOT FIXED. I am still not receiving the 1200 likes I paid for. When I get any, they trickle in at a very slow rate (like 10 every few minutes).You never respond to any emails, chats or messages. Also, I’ve asked for a refund numerous times and you haven’t responded to that .

The only time you respond at all is when something is posted publicly. You always say “it’s fixed” yet it’s not. I would appreciate a thorough response as to why you only respond to public negativity but can’t answer an email for a paying customer. Obviously, I’m not the only one dissatisfied.

The service is working fine for me, at least it seems so, but I would like to try it with some clients and the poor assistance of Ryan to others makes me think that twice.

Ryan, please, use a couple of minutes of your time to answer a couple of messages here, that way you will build a way better Social Proof.

I missed almost 10 days of powerlikes in my 1 month subscription due to their "server update". I was reimbursed 3 days. I signed up for another month for a client, which was my mistake. I have yet to get a reply to a ticket, PM or this thread. I will be cancelling my subscription and using a different powerlike provider.

If anyone is joining this thread now, just read the latest posts about this service. I would not recommend it at all. Steer clear and look for another provider.

Seller hasn’t been on BHW since December 22nd, and I can’t get a response from support on the website... I’d find another service if I were you. It was working on and off for me until today my subscription ended.

Looks like he is banned on AV forum as well. I'm really disappointed because he was a nice guy first, I gave him a good review too because he was working decently, but lately no replies and the service sometimes works sometimes not (more often not)... very disappointed...
