I tried to create an account on their website and pay with PP, I got a message saying I need to contact the owner. PM'ed @NosokOrg on BHW asking for help, he said that PP is only for regular customers ...?!?...PM'ed him back and asking how to proceed with buying his Starter Plan for 1 month (considering I only have paypal), he didn't bother to answer (this was 4 days ago)
Well, how on earth could I become a regular customer if I cannot even buy your service in the first place? No wonder your thread is full with your own advertising posts...
So to sum up my review:

Payment options: terrible if you plan to use the most common payment method (PayPal)
Proxies: who the hell knows how they work if I cannot even buy his service...
