I received a couple of free articles to try this service. These were both from the Freelance package (Basic)
Communication and ordering were prompt, that's the good news.
Content is suitable for inner pages of tier1 PBNs. It's spun and not proofread, which is evident in the resulting pieces received. They'd not pass a manual review, but to make them suitable for a money site inner page would require a full rewrite.
If you're happy paying cheap prices then you can expect cheap quality, so $2 per 500 words is about the right price point.
