I didn't mention that, but I don't allow to send anything, what can break felony laws :).

is i am right that your this smtp will send all types of emails like Spam/Blackhat and More ! still you Gurrenty 10/10 Inbox ?

If yes please tell also how IP dedicated will work suppose if i using 1 IP for sending daily 10K 20K it will any problem by doing that ?

or if i will use 10 IP package then how will it work !

How much do you install this service on our own server and ip addresses?
 
I need to send 10,000 emails per day, how many ip's do I required to send and do I need purchase any other software to send?
And will you provide data base of emails also?
 
try some office365-outlook accounts, they let to send 10k emails per day per account from "white" ip's
