For Google My Business we can now completely delete and remove an entire profile and all of the unwanted negative reviews that come with it. For that service we do need access to the Google account. For our Yelp Removal service we do not need access to the account. A site like Complaints Board, Ripoff Report, or one of those scam alert sites we are removing something posted by a 3rd party. Same with Youtube and Wordpress removals.
