Summary
From @Zwielicht: For the review, @hacko sent me proof of ownership for the sites he has for sale. In addition to this, I was provided with access to one of the websites along with 3 PDF files with details on the buffer site, keywords, and some information on the website and hosting. The details of the review are below.

Service Highlights
  • The main and buffer websites are indexed
  • As far as conversion optimisation goes, the CTA of the main site was above the fold. This was also the case with the buffer website.
  • @hacko proved to me that he was the owner of the sites. Additionally, he provided me with access to one of them to look over things.
  • There's a guide that's included in one of the reports you receive. The guide provides some short information on how you should go about ranking the website, moving the website, etc.
  • Site speeds for both the main and buffer websites was pretty good, averaging 1.74 seconds.
  • The sites don't use a ton of plugins.
  • The main site keyword is rated as "still easy" on KWFinder. The same goes for the keywords targeted on the buffer website. Because the review was conducted nearly a month after the thread was submitted, the keywords were originally easier to rank for than they are now (but they're still easy).
  • The main site had nearly 4,000 words of content on it.
  • No plagiarism on the main website.
  • Whois protection on both the main site and the buffer website.
What Could Use Improvement
  • The buffer site had multiple call-to-actions for two different things. Some people in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) may disagree with this tactic.
Additional Information
  • While @hacko will keep the site on his web host, one of the PDF files he sent me clarifies that if you don't move your website after 7 days, you'll have to pay for the hosting subscription 6 months in advance. @hacko will also move the site for you for a fee.
