Google Submit would be almost instant. With Brute Force it would be anywhere from within a few minutes up to an hour of being submitted.

No Google accounts are not needed. Just proxies and a 2captcha.com api key.

Yes, I have been working on an update and will be releasing it soon. A new list went out earlier today that should up your percentage. Just close and reopen G-INDEXER and it will silently download the new list.

No, it is not 100% successful. Takes anywhere from a few minutes up to an hour for your links to get crawled and indexed.

Yes the Brute Force is still working as you can see in this video I just recorded.
Out of 100 urls that were processed 73 indexed.
