Placed an order (two accounts) two day ago.
The seller sent me two accounts (
one is France account even I asked for us account on the sale page. But to save time. I have taken it.
Another one is a PVA verified account (I can't login to the account). Asked for replacing a new account, still, no response here. Really waste time. Have to order from another provider.
If you can't replace the new account, plz refund.

You should be telling people BEFORE they buy that these could not be English at the very least.
Yes you are fast at delivery
Yes you sell aged accounts
No, these accounts might not be English
You will ignore emails AFTER its raised and no offer to replace or refund at the very least
That is not fair to your customers

In your thread OP it says that you provide free review copies if we wrote in the thread.
I wrote once and then asked in a second post if that offer was still available.
If it's not and you no longer provide review copies you could at least answer my post and say "no we don't". That would be okay with me seeing as I would have ordered either way even if you no longer provided any review copies.
But by choosing to ignore me completely and not even bother to answer my very simple question it shows me that you don't care about a potential customer. I guess I'll be ordering my accounts elsewhere.
