Shout has thousands of influencers data collected and kept in the website. So, they hide the Main details like their contact info.
So, if you would like to contact any influencer from the provided list you'll be charged 0.97 $ for getting an influencer's details.

The monthly package is of $97 that means 100 credits.

If you'e signed up already, you will have 7 free credits. Select any profile and then click on unlock to get the details.

This was because you tried to use another alphabet of characters. We generally focus on English and other languages that use the a-z alphabet.

An influencer can represent a number of niches, which we determine by looking at their page. People post different things, and we try to tag all of their interests. A fashion influencer may also go to hockey games. They may also ice skate. They might travel and visit beaches.

Yes, we only have influencers that are interested in opportunities. They don't really "partner" - but you could pay them.

My original answer was included in the post above you, not sure if you see it there. These influencers are all open to partnership opportunities via email.

Instead of crawling only on customer request, we're now re-crawling all keywords around the clock. So keywords you've queued previously will continue to grow with new influencers.

I have the exact same question.

Obviously the users are scraped as they are only providing an 'email' to contact the user and option to 'export' contact info. An actual influencer network allows you to contact the influencer within the platform/website. What are we supposed to do with e-mails? Send cold e-mails?

I don't see the USP in this or am I missing something?

This is clearly scraped, why would anyone pay $97 to get 100 e-mails when they can setup a custom scraper using Google CSE and scrape a million emails based on location / hashtags / follower counts ...

I'm super confused. People on BHW scraping $1 for 1000 e-mails (targeted) -
