I can vouch that his proxies do work for IG as I've tested them in the past. Never really had an issue getting in contact with him, try Skype.

One thing to mention is if you're going to use them on IG, ask him to convert the proxy to 123.45.678:0000 format, as host.comort format doesn't work in alot of the automation programs.
