You may have heard about FameSwap by now, if not it is a website where you buy/sell facebook pages. To be honest I do not recommend FameSwap because it is filled with scammers. If you still want to buy/sell a page... here is some people to avoid.

If you know of other people who you think are scammers please list their names and reasons/proof. The names above sell a page that is not theirs. If you face some people who wont make you an editor (RED FLAG). If they do not make you an editor, ask them to make a post on their page to see if it is really their page. If they refuse to make a post on their page (RED FLAG). When it comes to making the transaction, I high suggest you go 50/50. If you are the buyer, take the first step by paying the seller 50% of the asking price. After he has made you an admin, pay him the rest of the 50%. This way the risk of not receiving the page is not 100% on the buyer. If you have any other tips, list them...
