I am starting up an old thread that collected a list of websites that sell cheap penny traffic:

miva
7search
chitika
adbrite
kontera
projectwonderful
directcpv

*All sites on this list should allow you to bid $.01 or less to get visitors.
*All sites on this list should allow GEO targeting by country.
*All sites on this list should be real human traffic.

Anyone know a website that sells penny traffic we can add to this list?

7search is a fraudulent network. No need to waste your time with them. try msn/adwords/facebook

7Search has been a leading 2nd tier pay per click advertising network since 1999, serving thousands of marketers every month. If you have had issues with previous campaigns and need assistance, feel free to reach out. However, simply yelling "fraud" doesn't really help your fellow marketers looking for assistance in identifying low cost traffic sources for their offers.

You guys really need to work on re-designing your website..
 
By the way- I have been making money with 7search for years, so how can it be fraud. Problem might rather be you doing it the wrong way. And there are lots of wrong ways with ppc. But 7search traffic does convert- its converts really well actually

Im not so sure all them networks even supply all real human traffic.

OLD CYNIC! :)
I will just defend the company, that have been my main income in IM for years. The one reason I am still in business. But now I found out I can get 1 cent click frim bing too, when I open account and target in my native country. Acctually thats what I do with 7search- low competion- high concersions- satisfied customer. Simple as that.

Has anything changed? Is the list OP gave still valid? If we forget the 7Search. Geo targeted penny traffic is what im looking for. Has anyone had good / bad experiences with AdBrite?
