Penny Stocks? Good idea for $$$?

Penny stocks nowadays are more controlled by their inside promoters, they can inflate and deflate prices very fast, unless you know someone on the inside i wouldn't risk penny stocks, years ago yes, but now NO, and binary options are great, i have made lots of money before most of the platforms kicked me out for making over 2k a day...
