Penguin Expert needed to position 4 keywords.

Im up for paying for results.
I can include a fee of $500 for starting and if this 4 keywords are positioned in a determined lapse of time, I will be paying other $500.
Need to position them in the top 10.
The domain is a PR7, and has 13 years old.
