If it's overtly spammy as hell, it probably will. If you used good content, it probably won't.

Use good content, good onpage and quality links and you will be fine.

What does Penguin has to do with "good content" ffs? It's a Panda that's related to content, not Penguin.

And yes, of course it affects PBN sites, just like it affects every site on the Internet.

I was stating that three simple rules I use to not worry about penguin, panda, hummingbird or any other furry animal Google chooses. A pbn, web 2, money site or whatever are all affected. Don't use spammy links and you do not have to worry about penguin. Use good content, good onpage and quality links and you do not have to worry about Google updates.
