Penguin 3.0 roll out?

Hi - long time listener, first time caller.

I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has been experiencing the first signs that Penguin 3.0 is being rolled out?

I manage a number of different sites targetting similar niches, using a variety of different tactics. Over the past few days, I've noticed that some of the ones that use the blackest of blackhat techniques have received a boost in the rankings (going from page 2 or 3 on to the top half of page 1), while my whitehat sites have dropped massively (posts generally losing 6/7 positions overnight). I've used SEMRush to check out the competitors, and ones who have linkbuilt have had similar rises, while those who rely wholly on content have had similar drops.

Anyone else seeing this in their rankings?

OMG your first post is a Penguin 3 hysteria thread?

Anyway I have seen some fluctuations in rankings over the past few days, but this is likely due to the normal ebb and flow of Google as well as the current mass hysteria known as PBN Armageddon goin on right now.

You do not have a white hat seo site buddy. You have your usual blacker than black HAT site.
 
No signs of the roll out yet. Expect Penguin to come out mid-October when Matt Cutts comes back from his little vacation.
 
The homepage of one of my niche sites disappeared from the index and an internal page replaced it a lower position (page 5) for it's target keyword 2 days ago. Now it's back in the index and the homepage ranks on the 4th page (it was previously ranking on the 3rd page).

This is the only change I've noticed in the past few days. The positions of the rest of my niche sites are constant. Penguin 3.0 is going to be devastating; that's my bold prediction.
 
SLight increase on one of my main sites over past week if that means anything...
 
yes i got some ranking drop form first page to second page and those site using black hat they are on top position. and i do not know why google fucking him self and people those create good quality links got hit and those fuck google they are on top.

Its strange how 1 person says something about an update and all people start experiencing it.

You just predicted the future :D
 
Few of my clients had a detailed discussion about this Penguin roll. One of my client saying this is Dance from Google rest are saying this is New Penguin roll. Is there any one got any negative results by this Antarctic Bird.
 
I'm seeing significant drop across my sites, not just usual up&down. There is something going on which is not PBN-related.

One of them has no back link at all (had only one high PR link but was removed long time ago). So i think this very recent update must be about on-site SEO. All my sites use simple WP themes with classic layout of 2 columns, one is main content and one is list of articles.
 
There has been significant changes to ranking balance within the last 2 days. Does it look like Penguin? Maybe, but my sites are increasing not decreasing.
 
Ive seen drops across my main tracked keywords. From 2nd position to 3rd and 4th

Look at the market right now - it's going down so it's the best time to sell more AdWords :)
