I have seen some big movement with one my sites. About 20 keywords went from position around 50 to positions 5-15.

Dont know if has anything to do with it at all, but I am seeing major movements in Bing. I want for almost all my targeted keywords to places 1-3 and my major competitor is nowhere to be found and it is very old site he/she has

In my niche, I find there is an increasing for the number of Amazon sites at the first page. For some keywords, the top ten all are Amazon products, how come is it?

Definitely. I'm checking them all aggressively with 3-4 rank trackers. Will inform back here if I see anything odd.
