If anyone has registered for this company before, maybe you could be of assistance. Whenever it asks for your EIN how do you enter it? Whenever I put it in with the dash "-" it throws an error saying only numbers can be used. However when I take it out, it says that I need 9 characters. If you have registered there before, how'd you manage to input your ein?

Spaces don't work. It throws the "numbers only" error :/

Hm, that's weird. I registered there only a few weeks ago, and there were no such required field from what I can see in my profile settings. Maybe it's US-only information?

To the best of my knowledge EIN numbers are in fact 9 digits long unless they changed recently. I just signed up with them but used SS# which is also 9 digits long with no problem.
