If anyone has registered for this company before, maybe you could be of assistance. Whenever it asks for your EIN how do you enter it? Whenever I put it in with the dash "-" it throws an error saying only numbers can be used. However when I take it out, it says that I need 9 characters. If you have registered there before, how'd you manage to input your ein?

Hm, that's weird. I registered there only a few weeks ago, and there were no such required field from what I can see in my profile settings. Maybe it's US-only information?

Don't copy and paste it with the dash. Type it in and it should work. Feel free to contact me on AIM (CoreyPeerFly) or use the live chat on the site if you're still having trouble.

To the best of my knowledge EIN numbers are in fact 9 digits long unless they changed recently. I just signed up with them but used SS# which is also 9 digits long with no problem.
