Hello!

I've read on an old topic from 2011 that Peerfly is very strict when it comes to Blackhat Actions. Is this true? Has anyone experience using Peerfly + Blackhat Methods? And if they are so strict. What are some good affiliate networks that do not care that much about Blackhat Actions.

All legit networks going to ban you for blackhat. You can try.
 
it depends what you mean by blackhat methods.

non converting traffic, or techniques which bring the advertiser into disrepute like dodgy popups or screen freeze etc yes you will get banned.

use methods to drive legit converting traffic, you should be fine.
 
Some good networks do not care about BH actions...which ones....care to send them via pm?

some networks accept blackhat traffic. They are mostly CPA offers like ogads
