PDF parasite method

Hello, my competitor steadily uploads pdfs to sites that's have "global_engine/download_custom.aspx" in the URL example www.nsps.uk.com, I've searched almost every query here on BHW on how to do that but I not seen any leads, a previous thread using "allowed file types" does not work here, I can index and it's not high competition keywords.
If you have suggestions in how to upload to those sites I'll be glad.

not talking about the ones I used as samples, but every pdf he uses ranks in positions 1-3 on google in just a few days
 
This seems interesting, I'm interested to know more.

So are you saying that with these uploaded pdfs, your competitor's site increases in ranking?

not mostly about ranking, it's about the links in #1 being yours then taking users that search for that term to your site

So they'll view the pdf and then go to your site from there? In other words, the search term leads them to your pdf and the pdf leads them to your site?
 
Exactly, for example, Google "crash royale game hacks" the #1 result is someone pdf in another person's website, what he does there is instead of putting his website in the PDF he adds s CPA ad link in it. I'm sure you understand that now

Alright, in that case, I have a couple of thoughts:

1. Why not simply link to his money site? I mean, would pdfs like this be considered tier 1 or tier 2?

2. I think we might be able to figure out how he uploads to these sites. I'll do some investigating and post my findings here.

3. I wonder to what extent this would work for more competitive keywords?

Anyway, this is quite interesting and worth exploring for sure.

That marketer is a hacker and the sites he is uploading the pdf's he is doing so by having access to the sites via webshell upload. i have seen the nsps pdf sites on my comp too but seems they caught on and hes not #1 with that site but seems he is repeating process with similar sites he has access to. Every niche i searched of intrest he was on first page for it. He's on Cpabuild as well as he is using content lockers from there. I saw a guy post his monthly earnings on cpabuild of $41k for last month! i think its him tbh
 
Can't you just register for the same types of sites and upload your own pdfs?

EDIT: Nm, I'm seeing he's using .edus...

The said method above can be used for any niche, I only cited a popular use case, then as for the person, in CPA marketing, why would you link to your site and delay users before the CPA you are promoting? why not just go straight and tell users to download something from a link?

As for your point #3, it's very efficient on competitive niches, some time back I was ranking for almost every movie I upload in the download niche with the sites that was working then

Yes, most of these sites don't seem open for public uploads. Possibilities seem:
1. To control the site
2. To know the person who controls it
3. To submit manually/personally (making contact by email / contact form, etc) Then it kind of circle back to 2.
4. The sites are hacked

I don't really see how there could be any other explanation.

Either the guy is a hacker and has found vulnerabilities to exploit, or he's registered at these sites and just hasn't gotten caught yet.

After attending college in 2008, my e-mail account was still active for about 4-6 years after graduation. I was able to use it to get discounts since it was @.edu. Eventually they caught on of course.

Other sites like this could probably be found with creative google searches. I'm sure some are still open.

As to where to send visitors. The problem with your way of thinking is that is for the quick money, but not the long term. If this were to ever be discovered and completely disallowd somehow, you'd be at a major loss for monthly revenue.

On the other hand, if you sent the visitors to your site, you create the possibility of them coming back to that site in the future to find more content. Sure it takes longer, but it will last longer as well as a stable revenue stream.

Just my thoughts. I'm not an expert by any means.

oh, you sure don't understand me, I practically use those methods to increase my site traffic. talking about CPA, I used that to explain what most people do with those methods

for all those sites, its an upload vulnerability, everyone has their use case, here's mine, I built my site with Django, so I have an endpoint that generated pdfs for me stuffed with all the keywords, then I have a small script I wrote per site to upload to the "working sites" so what it does is it runs through my site, generates pdfs, upload, and save the URL to a text file, then I index them. in the pdf, it's my website link that is in it. but the people I learned from mostly target different keywords like game hacks so they can promote affiliate offers, everyone has what he uses it for.

This is not the method. Not simple. I’m joint venturing with a guy who can do pdf upload on sites like this. Wish us luck
