This. I use it about twice per week, had zero issues with it. Videos are in HD (depending on your screen settings) and they are instantly exported to your desired video map. Don't have to render them and you can use them instantly.

If you have a graphic card then use OBS
If not then use VLC to record screen
if you don't have a problem with a watermark on your video then use bandicam
